"We the People"... is a tribute to our nation and its rich heritage, a celebration in art of the best of American values.
The setting is Washington, DC., majestic in a blanket of newly-fallen snow. In the background are memorials to our military heroes from WW1, WW11, the Korean War and Vietnam who courageously fought for our freedom. There are beautiful monuments to our Founding Fathers, which remind us of their dedication to preserve, protect and defend the United States of America. On this Christmas Eve, people from all walks of life are reverently joining together in the National Cathedral to celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ. And in the warm glow of the welcoming city lights, Santa is paying tribute to our beloved nation and proclaiming our promise to preserve our heritage for our children and future generations, to uphold and defend the Constitution, Declaration of Independence and the freedom to worship.
We must stand up for our faith and freedom, starting with the belief that our freedom comes from God. We must defend our Christian heritage, the strong and lasting foundation of our blessed nation. |
