"Dear Brenda, We enjoy several pieces of your art. This year I purchased the "Behold the King" porcelain collection at the Charlotte Southern Christmas Show. This morning two of my grandchildren, Caroline (5) and Kaylee (7) and I sat down on the floor in the entry foyer and opened the box and began taking the pieces out and placing them in a scene. Every piece was picked up by the children with such love and admiration and there was a very unusual quietness when Caroline's sweet little voice began singing "Away in the Manger", Kaylee quickly joined in for several verses. If Christmas ended today, it would be one of the best of my life."

As you both know, I was very nervous in anticipation to seeing my "Thanks for the Blessings" print on Sunday when I came to the Milford art show to pick up my print. My nervousness turned to excitement and once I saw my print, my excitement turned to absolute astonishment! I truly love, love, love my print!!! Thank you for replacing the angel on top of the tree with a star (as I mentioned, I grew up with a star on our tree and I continue that tradition). The placement of the dogs in the print came out so awesome!! I am more than thrilled!! The pictures of the dogs don't even look like photographs ... they look like you actually painted them ... and the shadows on the floor surrounding Ruby ... you definitely have an eye for detail!! The more I look at the print, the more detail I see!!!I put my print up on the wall in our sitting room when I got home from the art show (after stopping at two friends home's to show them the print!), and I've decided it is staying up until at least January 2010 ... we will see if I decide to alternate it with the print I took down. The colors in the print are brilliant and I think the print actually changes the look of my sitting room. I have placed it above our desk, so when I work from home, I will be enjoying it a lot more than just walking through the room and looking at it.
Thank you for your PATIENCE during my decision making!! :o) Quite frankly, to be honest, one of the deciding factors was you! You both are truly good, kind people and your sincerity came to light. I decided I wanted to deal with nice people like you.
I'm not sure I can thank you enough. Your work and good nature are just a warm welcome in this complicated world of ours!!

"I am more than happy to send this email regarding Brenda Harris Tustian's "Santa's". We have two paintings we keep up all year round - the Millennium Santa and the 1998 Santa with articles from the Bible. We also have one of her musical Santa's we bring out every Christmas, flower and bird pictures, too. We absolutely love all of our pictures. The pictures are special but our nineteen grandchildren especially love to see their name on the scroll Santa is holding in the Millennium Santa as it hangs in the foyer at the front door to our home for everyone to see. As our grandchildren kept coming into this world we took the painting back to Brenda to "add" another name and she did so lovingly. It is a very special painting, indeed. The Santa with the articles from the Bible hangs at the end of the hallway to our bedroom where we can see it every night before going to bed.These painting are so special. "It was my good fortune to meet Brenda at a show at Easton Town Center in Columbus, Ohio, a year ago. I must have been at her booth well over an hour -- I'm sure they were wondering when we would leave. I asked so many questions and then made up my mind that I must have one of her Santas. My husband and I picked out the 2007 Family Christmas version and it is so perfect -- with pictures of our parents (three of whom are deceased), the children, and us with our dog, Pippin, who had passed away. This piece has more meaning to us than we could imagine.Then, as we continued to look, we found the Santa "History of Golf" which really hit home with us. We personalized it with our names and the date of MY hole-in-one. What a wonderful remembrance it is for me, and a wonderful way to get my husband's goat! Whenever the subject comes up, I just point to the picture which hangs in our family room all year long.Thank you, Brenda, for making our lives more special for having two of your very special pieces."
