Brenda presented the "God Bless America" and the "Let Freedom Ring" Santas to Governor Sonny Perdue at the Georgia Capitol. "I am so proud to have my art hanging in our state Capitol. Governor Perdue and his wonderful staff were most gracious and welcomed me so warmly. It was exiting to see his response to the patriotic Santas as he took the time to listen to each story told by these paintings. Before I left his office, the governor's staff was already preparing to hang them." Brenda's "When Dreams Come True", a Santa painting in support of cancer research, also hangs in the Governor's Mansion. |
